Sign Up for our Father/Daughter Dance

Our annual Father & Daughter dance will be Friday, January 27 ^th at 6:30 to 8:30.  Snacks and fun will be provided!  A photo opportunity will be available.  The cost is $15 in advance or $20 at the door.  Your $15 includes one 5x7 photo.  Additional photos may be purchased.  Those prices and packages will be available when you receive your 5x7.  Please make checks payable to JLCCS PTC.
