It's that time of year again when you have the opportunity to apply for tuition assistance for next school year. Please login to your FACTS Grant & Aid account and complete the application today. Select Diocese of Dallas then Jams L. Collins to get started.
Those who complete the application process by December 19th have the best chance of receiving tuition assistance. It takes two weeks for FACTS to process applications, and this will likely be slower due to the holidays.
If you complete your application and upload all required documents by December 19th, you will know your award amount in February and are eligible to receive up to 35>#/b### of tuition amounts. This is the Priority Round for currently enrolled students only. If you wait, you will know your award amount in May, there will be less funds available, and you are only eligible to receive up to 30>#/b### of tuition amounts.
You're welcome to bring your documents to the school office for assistance uploading them into your application. See the attached list of items needed.
Parents of PreK-4 students are highly encouraged to apply. Kindergarten is the first year families can receive tuition assistance.

- make an appointment to come to the school for assistance, or
- come after the school Mass on Friday, December 8th or 15th when you can receive assistance from office staff.
- You must have your login information and the items listed on the attached list to complete the application with you to receive help from office staff.
- Be sure to check the box and apply for the ACE scholarship, too.
