Tuition & Fees
We understand that one of the most important decisions parents make for their children is where to educate them. Your child's education can play a significant role in shaping them as a person. We also realize that cost is an important part of your decision in choosing the right school. A Catholic education at James L. Collins Catholic School can be a wonderful choice for families to invest in their child's education!
Limited Time Only: Registration Fee for the 2024/2025 school year will be $100!
2024/2025
The Enrollment Fee is due at the time you register. It is non-refundable. A student’s place will not be held until this fee is paid.
Families must pay enrollment fees in full prior to their student’s first day of school through FACTS. Otherwise, please see the front office to make arrangements for payments to be paid by check, cash, or money order. Fees may not be added to tuition payments.
FACTS will be the only means of collecting tuition on a monthly basis (July-June).
Alternative tuition payment options are available, for instance:
Full Tuition (one payment): due on or before student’s first day of school
Tuition per Semester (2 payments): First payment is due on or before a student's first day of school; second payment is due on or before January 15th.
When students begin after the first day of school, the first tuition payment must be made in the school office no later than the student’s first day of attendance at JLCCS as follows:
1st day prior to the 15th of the month - 1 full month’s payment
1st day after the 15th of the month - half of a full month’s payment
Students who ride the bus will need to pay either the entire fee of $750.00 or half the bus fee on or before the student’s first day of school and then the 2nd half of the fee must be paid on or before January 15th.
Refunds
James L. Collins Catholic School will consider refunds of tuition for good cause on a case-by-case basis, however, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
